Making the Most of Your Amazon Prime Membership: May Kindle First Books

Are You Making the Most of Your Prime Membership?

Every month, Amazon offers Amazon Prime Members an opportunity to download one e-book for free through Kindle First. They have a selection of 6 books, each of a different genre for you to choose. You can read these books even if you don’t own a Kindle. Just download the Amazon Kindle Reading App to the device of your choice, or use it to read from your browser on your laptop or PC. Usually Amazon choose books that will be released in the following month, so you get a chance to read them before the general public. I have read a ton of good books. They usually don’t choose “mainstream” authors, but I haven’t been disappointed yet.

This month’s books are:

I’ve found that the Amazon Kindle First books are pretty hit or miss. I’ve read a couple decent books, but many seem poorly written and not worth the time. They are free though, so you I complain too much!

True. The first one I got was AMAZING, and I finished it in a day. But I’ve gotten others that were “meh.” I try to choose books outside my comfort zone because there is little risk.
